New Life COGIC is a family-oriented, exuberant, Bible believing church, located in the heart of Grand Rapids, Michigan. The church's vision has led to the birth of numerous ministries and programs that have benefited the community as well as the church family.

Bishop Robert Dean is the Founder and Senior Pastor of the New Life Church of God in Christ, established in June of 1980. In March of 1996, he was appointed the Superintendent Administrator of the Fresh Oil District; where he oversaw 14 churches throughout Southwest Michigan.
